Deposit

For any booking, a deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay is requested.

The deposit must be paid within 8 days from the date of booking.

Payment can be done:

- by check, sent to the Camping le Tampico - 70 av Emile Aubert - 04400 Barcelonnette - France

- by Visa Card, over the phone, calling +33 4.92.81.02.55

Booking is confirmed only when the deposit has been paid

Upen reception of your payment, a confirmation is sent.

Balance payment

For camping, the balance is paid locally
For rentals, balance must be paid at the latest 20 days before arrival date

Cancelation

For camping, in case of cancelation :
- up to 20 days before the arrival date, the deposit is refunded (except booking fee)
- less than 20 days before the arrival date, the deposit is not refunded

For rentals, in case of cancelation :

- up to 20 days before the arrival date, the deposit is not refunded

- from 8 to 20 days before the arrival date, 60% of the cost of the stay is charged.

- less than 8 days before the arrival date, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged

A cancelation insurance is available at the price of 9,50 € per stay (maximum 4 weeks).
This insurance must be subcribed when booking and must be paid with the deposit.
